YOUR TASKS
* Manage projects in the material master data governance domain, ensure timely execution, standardized reporting, and project documentation.
* Lead and inspire interdisciplinary teams, collaborating with Engineering, Material Management, Finance, Service and IT teams across multiple countries.
* Be accountable for the project lifecycle within the master data domain, focusing on PLM or ERP data objects.
* Prioritize, roadmap, engage stakeholders, set milestones, execute, close, and conduct lessons-learned sessions.
* Implement continuous improvement methods and govern data processes.
YOUR PROFILE
* Approx. 5 years’ experience in at least one area among: data management, data governance, project management, process management.
* Bring a passion for conceptual thinking and fit in a role where your enthusiasm motivates others.
* Show strong analytical skills and data savviness to push projects forward.
* Familiarity with data management tools, ERP, and PLM applications is highly desirable.
* Be motivated and curious about IT-supported material processes.
* Be pragmatic and solution‑oriented, willing to deliver high‑quality results with a cooperative approach.
* Have solid interpersonal skills to build collaboration across global teams.
* Engage multiple stakeholders with a clear structured communication style.
* Be self‑motivated and able to work independently.
* Have very good skills in English;
German and Spanish are desirable, though not a must.
