Your Responsibilities

* Welcome and seat guests with professionalism and a smile.
* Present menus and recommend food and beverages
* Take orders accurately and serve food and drinks according to service standards
* Ensure guest satisfaction and handle requests in a friendly manner
* Operate the cash register and process payments
* Support opening xpzdshu and closing routines and, when required, reconcile the cash register
* Work with the company’s digital POS system, intranet, and booking system
* Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area
* Collaborate with colleagues in both kitchen and front of house to ensure smooth service
