What will you do?
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:
* Handle escalation from L1.5 team.
* Perform Network configuration changes and Service requests by following strict Customer change management process.
* Perform Incident troubleshooting and management by working with OEM providers to fix the issue.
* Proactive recommendations and scripting for network task automation Azure Network services.
* Work with application owners for bandwidth requirements of their applications while new link commission.
* Coordinate with local ISP for new internet and WAN links deployments.
* Perform iOS upgrades and downgrades on switches, routers and WLAN devices.
* Provide full support for the resolution of MIM and provide RCAs for major failures (Problem Management).
* Administration of Cisco ACI and enabling the new feature sets.
* Work with OEM vendors of software patches, Tech refresh approach and Tech refresh implementation.
What are we looking for?
* Years' experience: minimum 5 years in a similar role.
* Expert Knowledge in Networking services: Wireless, Routing, Switching, Firewalls Fortinet, Load balancer F5, Cisco ISE.
* Fluent English.
1. Management of Cisco Wireless Networks.
2. Troubleshooting of any connectivity issues.
3. Daily Health check report and troubleshooting of any alarms/issues.
4. Managing the Network design document and doing the frequent updates.
5. Configure network devices according ServiceNow request.
Where and When?
* Workplace: Hybrid (3 days from office).
* Work Schedule: 12x5 service 07:00 till 19:00 on shift (07:00 to 15:00, 08:00 to 17:00, 09:00 to 18:00 or 10:00 to 19:00) + Oncall (19:00 to 07:00 and weekends and public holidays).
