Behind the user-friendly iOS and Android apps and webpage that work across the world is the engineering team. We are in charge of creating, developing, improving, and maintaining all Fever services so that more people can have an amazing experience. About the role

\n

Are you an experienced Senior Software Engineer ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a talented individual to transition into a management role, leading our dynamic engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our technical direction while growing your leadership skills.

\n

Your task will include

\n

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of talented software engineers.

\n

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects.

\n

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.

\n

Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices and processes In order to be successful in this role, you will have:

\n

Strong technical expertise

\n

Problem-solving skills

\n

Team leadership attitude

\n

Emotional intelligence

\n

About you

\n

At least 5 years of experience as Senior Software Engineer or 2 years of experience as Tech Lead.

\n

A passion for mentoring and developing talent.

\n

Technical education, engineering or similar

\n

Strong communications skills

\n

Experience in people management, career development and, performance evaluation

\n

People-focused management

\n

Experience in assessment tools and metrics

\n

Nice to have startups experience or company or very fast growth

\n

Experience applying best practices in technical teams (Agile methodologies, peer reviews, testing, sprints execution...).

\n

Resourceful, to be able to make informed and well-judged decisions with limitations of knowledge in particular areas.

\n
