As an IT Application Analyst in the Order to Invoice (OTI) area, you will manage, develop, and support the IT services provided for Sanoma’s OTI function. You will collaborate closely with the OTI organization, your colleagues in Sanoma IT, cross‑functional teams within the IT organisation and our internal stakeholders. Your responsibilities include analysing business requirements, solution development (configuration), incident management and delivering the service with the team.
Who you are
You are an experienced SAP ECC and/or S/4Hana analyst/developer with a solid track record working with IT services. You are adaptable, open‑minded, service‑oriented with good communication and interaction skills. You have a good understanding of SAP SD/MM/PP modules and hands‑on experience with SAP application/system development.
Formal Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience
At least 3 years of experience in relevant IT positions, preferably in development, configuration and incident‑management operations in a large‑scale environment
Good understanding of supply‑chain processes
Knowledge of S/4Hana public cloud is an advantage; S/4 HANA certified BA is a big plus
Knowledge of different kinds of integration technologies (especially SAP BTP integration suite would be an advantage)
Fluency in English, both written and verbal, as well as the local language in your country of residence
Keys to Success
Good requirement gathering skills with the ability to capture OTI business processes
User story creation and following a good UAT process practice
Configuration knowledge on SAP applications
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with an excellent attention to detail
Understanding of application and integration security and privacy concepts
Good communication and social skills, with the ability to adjust your message to the audience
Ability to work in virtual and international teams
A team player who takes initiative
A proactive mindset focused on continuous learning and the enhancement of processes and applications
