The HR Advisor provides HR administration services to DuPont employees. Tasks of the advisor include the following and further activities, guided by established service standards.
Summary:
This position is a full-time role based in our Asturias, Spain. The position will be managing payroll processes and managing third -party vendors that support Luxembourg and German payroll processes.
Job Responsibilities:
* Completes pre / post payroll processing activities based on implemented procedures with heavy focus on Luxembourg/Germany.
* Reviews, analyzes, and verifies payroll reports and documents for accuracy
* Makes necessary adjustments or corrections using established procedures
* Authorizes, reviews and/or may enter payroll transactions and related data
* Maintain master data and payroll data required for any off-cycle check payments and for any under or overpayment related corrections
* Acts as subject matter expert and / or resource to others for payroll processing transactions
* Handles and / or provide guidance for all employee queries related to payroll or payment e.g. loans, payroll adjustments, benefit adjustments, commission payments, etc.
* Responsible for other assignments per supervisor assigned
Education:
* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or other related fields
Skills and Competencies:
* Proficiency in English and German language skills.
* 1 to 3 years experience to handling Luxembourg/Germany countries in HR or payroll administration is preferred.
* Proficient with MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel and Word) is a must.
* Having knowledge or experience in end-to-end payroll procedures and other pay-impacting processes such as GL reconciliation, is advantage
* Experience in using / managing one or more of the following systems is strongly preferred:
o Service Now
o Workday
o SAP Payroll
o UKG
o Immedis Payroll
* High degree of accuracy, often in time-critical situations; Effective communication skills to work with all levels; Experience in call center or shared services environment.
