What are we looking for?
We seek an ambitious and talented individual to join our Marketing Department as a National Trade Marketing Manager based in Mumbai.
MISSION
Design and execute strategies to establish best-in-class sales systems, channel infrastructure, development programs, and enhance the sales team’s capabilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Lead the Urban and Rural GTM strategies.
* Implement the Urban GTM as per the National Blueprint, focusing on towns with populations over 10 Lakh, including outlet and frequency planning.
* In Rural GTM, select town classes and set visit frequencies.
* Determine manpower levels for Rural and Urban areas.
* Manage channel structure and inputs.
* Develop programs to drive Wholesale, Superstores, and Chemist channels.
* Oversee visibility and branding implementations.
* Lead the rollout of DMS and other sales IT initiatives.
* Manage databases related to programs, outlets, and beats.
* Plan distribution drives and offtake activities.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
Achievement of sales targets and distribution growth parameters.
Success Factors:
Education
* University degree required, MBA preferred.
Experience
* At least 6 years in FMCG general trade roles.
* Experience in regional SDTM roles.
* Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
