Job Responsibilities
-Assist in handling basic HR processes for employees in Spain, including onboarding/offboarding procedures, contract filing, and attendance tracking, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
-Support overseas recruitment coordination, such as resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and recruitment progress follow-up.
-Help organize HR and admin-related documents/reports for the Spain region, maintaining the integrity of employee information files.
-Collaborate in promoting the implementation of global HR policies in Spain and participate in cross-cultural communication and coordination.
-Provide logistical support for employee activities, training sessions, and other related events in Spain to enhance employee experience.
-Complete other administrative and HR-related tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
-Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management, Administration, Spanish, International Trade, or related fields.
-Fluent in Spanish (listening, speaking, reading, writing) and proficient in English as a secondary working language, Chinese is preferred, with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
-Basic understanding of Spanish labor laws and HR/admin processes is a plus; no prior work experience required (comprehensive training provided).
-Detail-oriented, responsible, with excellent execution and teamwork spirit, capable of efficiently completing administrative tasks.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT) with basic data sorting and document processing abilities.
-Able to commit to a stable internship period (at least 3 months) with no less than 4 working days per week, and adapt to the collaboration rhythm of overseas business.
