We are seeking a highly motivated and results-drive n Enterprise Sales Executi ve with a stron g hunter minds et and a proven track record in selling complex solutions to large enterprise organizations. This role is focused o n new business developme nt, requiring a proactive individual who thrives on identifying, creating, and winning new opportunities .

WHAT YOUR IMPACT WILL BE :
Identify, target, and eng age new enterprise accounts

to generate qualified sales opportunities;
Navigate complex organizational structures

by mapping stakeholders, understanding decision-making processes, and building multi-level relationships;
Conduct effect ive opportunity qualification, assessing deal viability and prioritizing high-impact opportunities;
Develop and

execute tailored engagement strate gies to advance deals through the sales cycle;
Own the full sales process, f rom initial outreach through negotiation and closing ;
Build trusted relationships w ith senior business, technical, and procurement stakeholders ;
Uncover customer needs and align solutions to deliver clear business value;
Manage long and complex sales cycles

with discipline and persistence;
Maintain accurate and

timely pipeline management and forecast ing;
Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and activities, ensuring full transparency with management.

THE IDEAL PROFILE :
Demonstrated experience in enterprise sales, preferably in complex or solution-based environments;
Strong hunter mentality, with a passion for prospecting and opening new markets;
Proven ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with leadership;
Highly organized and disciplined in reporting, pipeline management, and communication;
Skilled in stakeholder management across large, matrixed organizations;
Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills;
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making abilities;
Resilient, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

ANNUAL BASE SALARY : 80.000€ - 90.000€ + bonus
