Pb Location: /b Barcelona, Spain /ppb Role: /b Finance Admin / Office Management /p p At Kube Group, we have been dedicated for almost 20 years to the recruitment of professionals in technological environments, serving international clients across Europe and the United States. /pp As a Finance Admin, you will be part of the team that supports the administrative and financial operations of our subsidiaries in the US and Spain. /p pb What will your tasks be? /b /pp Financial and HR Administration: /pulli Support and preparation of documents in the context of accounting closings /lili Management of payroll variables (mainly subcontractors), including internal employee commission calculations and preparation of commission sheets /lili Account reconciliation /lili Consolidation and analysis of monthly invoicing (by country and subsidiaries) /lili Development of dashboards and monitoring of financial indicators /lili Management of all payments: salaries + consultants + suppliers + intercompany /lili Monthly client invoicing: complete end-to-end process (collection / verification / sending of invoices) /lili Support in the preparation of documentation for tax filings /lili Client payment reminders (chasing unpaid invoices in English). /li /ul p Sales Administration: /pulli Verification of contracts for consulting service delivery and clients /lili Contact with purchasing departments and clients /lili Responding to and completing all necessary documentation related to proposals /lili Management of timesheets and consultant invoices /lili This position involves collaboration with both internal and external teams (clients, accounting firms, employees, consultants, etc.) /lili Support in the office management tasks. /li /ul pb Your profile: /b /pulli You have initial experience in an international company /lili Fluent Spanish and fluent English /lili You describe yourself as a person with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail /lili Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) /lili Knowledge of b QuickBooks /b and/or b Sage /b /lili Multitasking, autonomous, self-disciplined, and extremely organized /lili You live in Barcelona and are authorized to work in Spain /li /ul pb Additional Information: /b /pulli23 days of vacation + seniority-based days (up to 7 additional days) /lili Flexoh (meal card, transport card, private health insurance with Sanitas, and more) /lili2 days of remote work per week – progressive implementation /lili Annual group kickoff event /lili Summer and Christmas events /li /ul
