Validation Technician (End-of-Line)

Here's what you're going to do
The Validation Technician works within the Production Line Area, responsible for activities at the End-of-Line (EoL) to ensure quality and reliability of manufactured units. Main duties include:
* Preparing and executing quality control activities such as visual inspections, documentation controls, hardware checks, calibration, and functional tests.
* Documenting validation results and updating the information system (Easy Redmine).
* Maximizing productivity by managing activity sequences according to priorities.
* Reporting deviations, failures, incidents, or misbehavior during EoL activities to the Product Management Staff.
* Updating and maintaining technical documentation as instructed.
* Preparing setups for system validation or development activities.
* Collaborating with other departments following the Production Line Manager's instructions.
What we expect from you
* An Associate Degree (FP II or CFGS) in Electricity/Electronics or related fields.
* More than 2 years of experience.
* Sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and in a team.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Good spoken and written English.
* Competent in standard office applications and email platforms.
It will be a plus if you also have experience in:
* Power Electronics Foundations.
* Electronic Instrumentation (Multimeter, Insulation Tester, Oscilloscope, Power Meter).
* Project Management tools (Easy Redmine, Jira, Asana).
* Industrial Communications (Internet, Computer Networks).
