Customer Care Rep. - English and Spanish (Temporary), Moraleja
We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative fluent in Spanish and English, with Dutch or any additional language as a plus, to join our friendly team at European Ria Headquarters in Alcobendas, Madrid.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing information to customers about transactions and resolving general queries.
* Reviewing and correcting data of incorrectly processed transactions.
* Collaborating with the accounting department to reconcile and balance refunds of canceled transactions.
Requirements:
* Completed high school or college education.
* Good knowledge of MS Office and Internet Explorer.
* At least one year of experience in customer service or a call center.
* Additional language skills.
* Strong customer orientation and communication skills.
* Attention to detail, teamworking skills, and flexibility in work schedules.
