They are looking for a Global HR Business Partner with 5+ years of experience, ideally with exposure to APAC, to be based in Madrid, Spain. Strategic HR Partner: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving business performance through people strategies.
Understand and translate business needs into HR solutions, ensuring effective workforce planning and performance management.
HR Processes & Implementation: Lead and improve global HR processes, including budgeting, rewards, engagement, talent management, and succession planning.
Drive cultural transformation, foster employee engagement, and support a high-performing workforce.
Global & Matrix Collaboration: Work across global, regional, and local HR functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Implement and enhance digital HR tools to drive efficiency and scalability.
Strong experience in coaching, leadership development, and succession planning to build talent pipelines.
