Maintenance Engineer / Engineer of Maintenance
Bolton Food España is seeking talented candidates to fill the position of Maintenance Engineer. This role is dedicated to designing, planning, and supervising the annual preventive maintenance plan, ensuring operational efficiency of equipment and facilities. Additionally, the engineer will coordinate mandatory legal inspections and promote continuous improvement in processes and workflows, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
What will you do?
You will be an active part of our dynamic and growing Maintenance team, responsible for:
Design and planning of preventive maintenance:
Develop and manage the annual preventive maintenance plan, ensuring proper execution and alignment with operational needs.
Create and update maintenance procedures, defining standards and including structured audit checklists similar to manufacturing orders.
Supervision of mandatory legal inspections:
Monitor and follow up on regulatory inspections of critical equipment (such as autoclaves), ensuring legal compliance.
Continuous improvement:
Identify and implement improvements in maintenance processes and workflows to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime.
Team training management:
Coordinate and monitor training plans to develop technicians' technical skills, ensuring ongoing improvement.
Participation in daily management meetings (DMS):
Attend and contribute to daily management meetings, reporting progress, issues, and improvement proposals.
What are we looking for?
Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering degree (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
Knowledge of AUTOCAD.
Fluent in Spanish and English;
knowledge of French or Italian is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and ability to plan work according to priorities and urgencies.
Methodical, problem-solving oriented, detail-focused, and committed to continuous improvement and excellence.
Proactive, quick learner, eager to evolve and surpass oneself, with a focus on customer and stakeholder satisfaction.
This position requires a constant presence on-site.
