Your To-Dos
* Together with the rest of the Customer Success team, manage requests and questions from platform users, as well as the monitoring, training and support of assigned clients.

* You will build a relationship of trust with the users who use our software so that they understand the value it has. In your day-to-day life you will be in contact with academic leaders, teachers, center management and secretaries of leading educational institutions around the world.

* You will resolve everyday concerns that may arise among users of our platform, along with motivating them to fall in love with the product and thus make their experience with Additio App and all Sdui Group products incredible.

* You will hold virtual follow-up meetings with the schools so that we can enhance their satisfaction.

* You will make an exhaustive and systematic record of all interactions you make with schools in our CRM (Salesforce).

* You will have to seek to renew the relationship we have with the school, year after year, also betting on maximizing the revenue they provide us.

* You will collaborate with other teams to achieve the best version of our product: product, sales, tenders, marketing, IT...

Your Skills
* Passion for learning and digitalization.

* People-oriented mentality.

* Ability to connect and manage a client portfolio.

* Previous experiences in customer service and in the edtech/educational sector

* Ease of public speaking and excellent communication skills.

* Desire to work in a dynamic, motivating environment and an intense pace.

* Great capacity and willingness to learn.

* Ability to work autonomously, organized and independently.

* Advanced and professional level of Spanish and English. Knowledge of French is also very valuable.
