This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership, moves fast, and consistently delivers top talent in a competitive market. **Lead sourcing and candidate experience:** Use creative sourcing methods to attract top talent globally while delivering a transparent, engaging, and professional candidate journey. Proven experience in **full-cycle recruitment**, ideally within **tech or SaaS** environments. Strong **sourcing skills** and a sharp instinct for identifying and engaging top talent across international markets. Excellent **communication skills in English** (German and/or Spanish are a plus).
