This is a full time position remote from Madrid (Spain).
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in an administrative or office support role
- Language: High level of English (written and spoken)
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Profile: Proactive, efficient, and results-oriented
Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, meetings, and correspondence
- Support day-to-day office operations
- Assist with reports, documentation, and data management
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications
