Description/Role:
As Project Support within the Partner Management Office, you will support strategic partnerships through coordination, reporting, and financial follow-up. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives. This is a detail-oriented and administrative role with a strong focus on internal collaboration.
Responsibilities:
* Monitor partner performance via dashboards, reports, and satisfaction surveys
* Administer project changes and purchase orders
* Support financial reporting and capitalization for strategic IT partners
* Manage monthly timesheets and assist users with system changes and testing
* Create and maintain financial tracking projects
* Optimize SharePoint structure for secure and efficient collaboration
* Propose and implement process improvements
* Deliver timely and accurate reporting to internal teams
Requirements & Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience
* Experience: Relevant experience in administrative project coordination or partner management; junior profiles are acceptable if supported by strong education or relevant skills
Must have skills:
* Strong organizational and analytical skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong experience with Excel and SharePoint
* Ability to work independently and proactively
* Stress resilience and ability to meet deadlines
* Team-oriented mindset and collaborative attitude
* English professional proficiency - Dutch is a great plus
