What you will do:
The Roles Key Responsibilities and Tasks
As an eDOer you will have clear objectives great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers As an Ad Operations Specialist in the Adops amp; Data team you will be in charge of:
1. Advertising campaign management tasks: Trafficking and monitoring of online advertising campaigns across eDreams ODIGEO network including creative upload creative testing and troubleshooting parameter setup optimization and any applicable edits;
2. Working with internal teams to coordinate the delivery of Social Media and Newsletters campaigns and to coordinate the creation of the materials needed for the delivery of all campaigns with the Brand and Webmaster team
3. Working with Account Management and Business Dev Manager teams to ensure timely delivery of all creative materials and their compliance with site ad guidelines and specs;
4. Ensuring all campaign goals are met including start and end dates and impression goal;
5. Supporting Account Manager and Business Dev Manager teams by providing impressions forecast and product availability for Media Plans
6. Extracting delivery reports from the thirdparty application GAM among others to ensure proper campaign tracking and on delivery;
7. Analyzing campaign reports and making recommendations for actions to ensure delivery and performance;
8. Identify best practices and insights for Newsletters IAB Banners Microsites and SM actions and share with the MS team to support Sales and AM teams on briefing the partners
9. Good understanding of Google Ad Manager usage

Must possess a BSBA degree with a minimum of 1 year of digital advertising experienceCampaign management amp; trafficking experienceKnowledge of ad serving technology such as Google AdManagerAbility to work under pressure to meet deadlinesKeen eye for detail Strong teamwork skills Energetic organized and have the ability to multitask in a fastpaced and challenging work environmentExcellent written and oral communication skillsFluency in English and knowledge of at least one more European language preferably French German or Italian
Programmatic knowledge would be a plusWorking knowledge of Excel
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Applied AI Tools:Demonstrated comfort using practical AI tools such as Gemini or other AIpowered assistantsExperimentation Mindset:Curiosity and eagerness to explore experiment with and integrate emerging AIdriven solutions into workflowsAIEnhanced Problem Solving:Ability to effectively leverage AI tools to streamline processes and enhance productivityAdaptability and Learning Agility:Enthusiastic about continuously learning and quickly adapting to new AI features and capabilities
