In this role you will lead end-to-end tender and regulated opportunity management to ensure compliant, audit-ready commercial work. You will collaborate with Sales, Legal and Finance to execute deals, validate pricing, and mitigate risks. You’ll drive contract lifecycle governance and standardize commercial practices across Europe using CRM/ERP insights. This remote position supports Germany and Austria, contributing to faster, compliant value delivery in life sciences.

Responsabilidades
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
• 4-5 years in a customer-facing xpzdshu or customer support-related role (e.g., customer service, order management, inside sales, contract/support)
• Desirable: tender management experience; experience in multi-country/EMEA environments; ability to manage stakeholders across Sales, Legal, and Finance internationally
