We are looking for individuals with previous customer service experience and an advanced level in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) along with fluent English. If you are looking for a new professional challenge in an international and innovative environment, this could be your opportunity.Main responsibilities:Handling inquiries and providing customer service to clients in the Nordic region, ensuring satisfaction and resolution of requests.Following up and managing orders, incidents, and administrative documentation.Coordinating with other internal departments to ensure proper service operations.Supporting the sales area and providing administrative assistance.Maintaining data and records in the system according to established processes.Requirements:Education in administrative, business, or related areas.Previous experience in customer service or administration, preferably in international environments.Advanced level in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish).Fluent English (spoken and written).Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and problem-solving abilities.Good command of IT tools and management systems.Previous experience in the technology sector will be positively valued.What do we offer?:Temporary contract until approximately April 2026 (maternity leave cover).Incorporation into Agilent Technologies, a leading multinational, via Gi Group.Gross annual salary of €28,000.Hybrid working model (2 days per week in the office).Working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 (Spain time).International, dynamic environment with opportunities for learning and growth.Are you interested?
