WeVLC transforms undervalued properties in Valencia into high-quality, fully furnished homes designed for young professionals seeking more than just a place to stay — a place to truly feel at home. Through our private investment platform, we renovate spaces with thoughtful design, offer flexible living options, and carefully match people to live together, fostering vibrant, like-minded communities. Our goal is to make living in Valencia as easy and welcoming as the city itself.
Our mission is to bring hundreds of quality homes back to the market, improving housing supply while delivering strong, stable returns to our investors. With over €20M already invested and a roadmap to deploy €100M+, we are scaling fast — combining design, operations, and investment to shape the future of housing in one of Europe’s most amazing cities to live in: Valencia.
The Role: Junior Accounting & Admin associate
Join weVLC and take ownership of the financial backbone of one of Valencia’s fastest-growing real estate investment companies. You will be responsible for ensuring our numbers are accurate, our processes run smoothly, and our financial systems build the foundation for scale.
At weVLC, we manage multi-million-euro investments, transform physical spaces, and run a vertical operation that connects acquisition, renovation, management, and sales/rentals. To sustain this growth, we need a finance function built on precision, structure and operational excellence. And that’s where you come in.
Ask yourself:
* Do you get a kick out of clean books, on-time closes, and reconciliations that actually reconcile?
* Does turning messy spreadsheets and manual steps into simple, automated workflows sound satisfying?
* Do you want a front-row seat to build the finance backbone of a fast-growing scale-up — and see your work move the needle every month?
* Does being the go-to person for our ERP, processes, and financial operations motivate you?
* Do you want real ownership over monthly closes, reporting, and daily execution?
If yes, we should talk.
What will you do:
* Internal accounting (PGC): daily posting, AR/AP and bank reconciliations, accruals/deferrals, preparing accounting for a smooth monthly closing, to be reviewed with the rest of the department.
* ERP (Holded): take ownership of our ERP as the go-to person in the team. Beyond maintaining clean master data, bank feeds, tax mappings, and chart of accounts, you’ll explore and unlock the platform’s full potential (e.g., project-level P&L, inventory tracking, smarter reporting). You won’t need to know everything from day one — but you’ll have the drive to test, learn, and turn the ERP into a true backbone for finance and operations. Holded experience is a plus. Schedule payments, support weekly cash‑flow tracking, porting, propose improvements, and execute basic automations.
* Real‑estate transaction support: assist in due diligence, coordinate end-to-end purchase/sale processes with agents, notaries, buyers/sellers, investors; manage utilities switchovers and contracts administration.
* Planning & performance: support budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow and management reporting.
* Startup mindset: step up beyond the job description when needed and help the team win. You’ll have full freedom to bring forward your own ideas — and the responsibility to see them through. Unlike corporate environments full of fixed processes and layers of approval, here your input will directly shape how we work.
What we are looking for:
* Solid foundational knowledge of Spanish GAAP (PGC).
* Extremely organised, detail‑oriented, and precision‑driven.
* Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and affinity for digital tools.
* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks with structure.
* Genuine interest in automation/AI and continuous improvement.
* Fluent in Spanish and comfortable working in English.
You are not:
* Someone who avoids ownership or accountability.
* Someone uncomfortable with digital tools or automation.
* A task executor who doesn’t challenge or improve processes.
* A candidate with excessively senior experience who would be disengaged by the hands‑on nature of this role.
You are:
* A precise, structured, highly reliable person who thrives on order and clarity.
* A builder of processes, not just an operator.
* An analytical thinker who seeks the “why” behind the numbers.
* Proactive, driven, and improvement‑oriented.
* Fluent in Spanish and comfortable in English (spoken and written).
What we offer:
* Join a fast‑growing real estate scale‑up in sunny Valencia.
* Be one of the first 20 people shaping the company’s future.
* An entry point into finance and operations with real ownership from day one and visible impact.
* Work with an ambitious, international young team in a vibrant ecosystem.
* Beautiful office near Jardí del Túria with daily breakfast and lunch included.
* Competitive salary based on experience.
* A changing environment with room to grow — as we scale, your scope can expand if you deliver results.
