SimVis Gekko is the most advanced technology for prescribing multifocal corrections, which has generated great expectation and demand in the international market, being one of the main novelties in the ophthalmology sector worldwide.
Here, you will join a diverse, talented, and innovative team with the GOALS of improving patients’ vision, bringing SimVis Gekko to clinics around the world, and globally expanding sales of a product with broad projection in the Ophthalmology market. We are located in Tres Cantos, a technological hub in the outskirts of the magnificent and vibrant city of Madrid, Spain.
**Role**:
We are looking for a project assistant to provide general support in all areas of the company, with special emphasis on the sales and production areas.
You will work alongside the entire team and share all your experience and expertise. As a startup, we need a versatile individual with a desire to grow and transform within the company.
**Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Marketing Area**:
- Provide information and assistance to clients.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and commercial reports.
- Maintain an organized and updated archive of commercial documents and records.
- Support event and conference logistics.
- Update of promotional and marketing materials and manage their printing.
**Production and Logistics**:
- Handle logistics tasks, including packaging and order preparation.
- Shipment, documentation and customs management and tracking
**Quality System and Regulatory**:
- Assist with procedures and standards compliance.
- Support quality control tasks, ensuring products and services meet established standards.
**Office support**:
- Contribute to making our office the best possible environment for everyone in the company.
- Organize and coordinate travel, including transportation and accommodation bookings.
- Purchasing and communication with suppliers.
- Handle documentation, archiving.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments and update the calendar.
**Requirements**:
- Education in administration or equivalent
- Fluent in English (writing & speaking) B2 minimum
- Advanced level on Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Sharepoint)
- Attention to detail; ensuring accuracy at work
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow and generate instructions & protocols
- Ability to adapt to new situations and work in different fields
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work as a team member, collaboratively and positively
