Role PurposeAs an Accountant, Accounts Payable Specialist, in our Extremadura Office (Navalmoral de la Mata), you will manage the full accounts payable cycle. The ideal candidate will be detail‐oriented, proactive, and highly organized, capable of handling a high volume of invoices while ensuring compliance with deadlines and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities
Process, verify, and record domestic and international supplier invoices.
Manage payments and bank reconciliations.
Review discrepancies and resolve supplier issues.
Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
Collaborate with the purchasing department and other teams to ensure correct expense allocation.
Prepare periodic accounts payable and cash flow reports.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal procedures.

Qualifications
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable or similar roles.
Strong knowledge of the full supplier cycle.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Intermediate/advanced English.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem‐solving skills.
Experience in multinational environments.
Knowledge of Spanish and European tax regulations.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
