OverviewPosition Overview – We are currently looking for a passionate and motivated Sales Assistant (Full Time – 40h) to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional customer experience and contributing to the achievement of store sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of visual merchandising and brand presentation.
Responsibilities
Deliver a personalized customer experience in line with PINKO standards while acting as a true brand ambassador.
Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets and overall store performance.
Support daily store operations, including replenishment, stock management, cashier duties and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
Build strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty.
Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive and dynamic store environment.
Qualifications
Previous retail experience, preferably in fashion or luxury.
Team-oriented with a proactive attitude and strong sense of initiative.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with clients.
Customer-focused with enthusiasm for sales.
Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment with flexibility for retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
