Job Description
The successful candidate will join the Finance, HR & Administration team in Barcelona, Spain. This role provides critical support across invoicing, vendor management, financial reporting, HR administration, and operational coordination.
As a Finance, HR & Administration Executive, you will ensure accurate processing of financial transactions, maintain compliant financial and HR documentation, coordinate with external partners such as tax consultants, banks, and IATA/BSP authorities, and support internal teams with timely reporting and administrative assistance.
This role is essential in maintaining smooth financial and administrative operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal policy requirements, and supporting cross-functional teams including Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, and Management through reliable documentation, efficient processes, and responsive support.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately check and process invoices, credit notes, and payments using SAP HANA, Ariba, Concur, and other platforms, ensuring timely completion and compliance with internal controls.
