We are seeking a dedicated professional to support data management and customer service activities, focusing on HR administration and customer care, with flexibility to support various functions as needed.
Responsibilities
* Advise clients on queries / issues using HR expertise and understand client-specific processes.
* Perform data management and customer service activities accurately and timely.
* Respond to tickets and calls within SLA standards and maintain high service quality.
* Follow detailed instructions and update documentation as necessary.
* Ensure system issues are reported and tickets are logged correctly.
* Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and maintain confidentiality and security standards.
* Build relationships with stakeholders and participate in projects.
Requirements
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
* Attention to detail and excellent communication skills in English and at least one of the following languages : German, French, Polish, or Italian.
* High school or university diploma; HRIS knowledge is a plus.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
