Description

FORCADELL, a well-established and leading company in the real estate sector, is looking to fill several technical-administrative positions in the Property Management department across various commercial offices:
– Terrassa: 2 positions
– Gavà: 1 position
– Granollers: 1 position
– Mollet del Vallès: 1 position
– Palma de Mallorca: 1 position

The selected candidate will support the management of property portfolios, handling and coordinating general administrative tasks. Knowledge of the real estate sector is required, with a particular focus on property management.

Responsibilities
* Following up on overdue payments.
* Handling incidents, liaising with contractors, and tracking insurance claims.
* Accounting of repair invoices.
* Invoicing (administrative tasks).
* Managing new property owners, changes in ownership, SEPA documents, receipts, and direct debits.
* Issuing certificates for homeowners’ associations and individual owners (proof of payment status).
* Reviewing and verification of settlement statements.
* Receiving ordinary and extraordinary maintenance invoices.
* Delivery of meetings and official minutes.
* Monitoring and listing weekly homeowner meetings and reserving meeting rooms.
* Preparing meeting notices (lists, etc.) and related documents.
* Delivering notices and circulars to property owners, envelope stuffing.
Conditions
* Type of contract: permanent
* Working hours: Mon–Thu 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM (flexible) / Fri 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
* Training provided by the company
* Access to an e-learning training platform
Requirements
* Minimum education: Compulsory Secondary Education
* Minimum experience: 1 year
* Languages: Native or bilingual Spanish and Catalan (spoken and written). Knowledge of English is a plus.
* Experience in property management is a plus.
* Proficiency in Office suite.
* Strong interpersonal skills, organizational ability, and problem-solving skills.
* Professional appearance, dynamic attitude, and a customer-oriented mindset.
