Managing phone calls and emailsCoordinating requests with sales advisorsOrganizing and maintaining filesPreparing documents such as reservation and deposit contractsAssisting other departments as neededRequirements
Previous experience in administration and customer service, preferably in real estateProficiency in Pack Office, CRM, and PhotoshopKnowledge of additional languages is a plusHaving a personal vehicle is advantageousAdditional Information
