HOW YOU'LL IMPACT.

Operations support. You will be tasked, always under managerial guidance, with admin support for day‑to‑day operations of business (expenses support and calendar coordination), meeting support (room bookings, technical setup and catering) and office events (suppliers’ coordination and on‑site logistics).

Office support. You will support our local team with tasks such as distributing the IT equipment for new joiners, office post management and general office oversight. This might include managing IT equipment inventory, branded merchandise stock, coordinating and resolving of facility‑related issues and supporting the team with printing and logistical requests.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING.

You are an University student (either Bsc or Msc) or recent graduate in the fields of Humanities, Languages, communication, international cooperation.

Your attention to detail and precise communication round up the profile.

You are available for a 6 monthinternship.

You have a self‑assured appearance, feel comfortable in an international work environment and are able to communicate confidently in Spanish and English.
