This could be the job for you!You will be working on our localization team, handling projects for a major technology company.This is a full-time remote role, meaning you can work from anywhere in the world!**You’ll get to**:Create tasks in our project management systemsManage project management reports and keep project stakeholders up to date with regards to schedules and resourcesSelect team members and manage communication for projects (Q&A;, etc.)Perform content review of source materials (find grammar issues, inconsistencies, branding violations, etc.)Assist in the creation of estimates and project schedulesManage bug tracking software (create projects, add users, etc.)Draft instructions for project team membersCheck hours logged for sending POs, communicate with PMManage project defects when needed**Qualifications**:- Entry level - 1 year of project coordination experience- Good communicator in written and spoken English - you need to feel comfortable in presenting your ideas.- You speak at least one additional language- Bonus - Customer service experience is a plus**You are**:- Technology savvy - You can quickly pick up fluency in technologies used by clients in various industries.- A problem solver - You’re able to foresee potential problems ahead of time.
