We are looking for a motivated Administrative & Accounting Assistant to join our team in Madrid. If you're looking for a role where you can get hands-on experience in international finance and grow within a stable environment, we'd love to meet you.
Role Description
In this position, you will be the backbone of our daily financial and administrative operations. Your day-to-day will involve:
* Processing and posting supplier invoices.
* Supporting general accounting and tax filings (specifically VAT).
* Staying on top of payments and collections.
* Assisting with office management and general admin tasks.
* Helping us roll out and optimize our use of Business Central.
What we're looking for:
Education: A degree (or current studies) in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
Language: Fluency in English. You'll be working in a truly international environment every day.
Mindset: You're organized, responsible, and genuinely curious about how business finance works.
Tech: You're comfortable with Excel. If you have experience with Business Central or other ERPs, that's a big plus, but we're happy to train the right person.
