Klev & Vera is entering a new expansion phase within its international private client practice. We are looking for a Senior Tax Lawyer to help scale and structure our tax department serving HNWI, cross-border entrepreneurs and international families.
This is a strategic growth position within a structured, founder-led boutique firm based in Barcelona.
We are building a strong, institutional tax practice with a clear objective of significant expansion over the next 24 months. The firm generates a consistent flow of international clients, and we are seeking a senior professional ready to take responsibility, manage complex matters with rigor, and grow within a long-term structure.

What we are looking for:
- Abogado/a colegiado/a (registered attorney in Spain)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in tax advisory
- Experience with complex international and cross-border/private client matters
- Fluency in English (professional level is a must)
- Strong technical rigor and risk awareness
- High level of initiative and ownership mentality
- Comfortable operating within a structured institutional framework
- Collaborative mindset – clients belong to the firm
