We’re looking for a Revenue Manager to help shape our market strategy by balancing transaction volume and revenue, using data-driven insights to drive growth and competitiveness.

This is a high-impact position where you’ll directly influence pricing strategy, revenue performance, and market positioning while leading a team and collaborating across the business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and market share
- Optimize rates, fees, and commissions to meet margin targets
- Lead and develop the Revenue team
- Provide actionable insights to support Sales and senior leadership
- Build forecasts and business cases using advanced analytics
- Monitor and drive performance across key revenue KPIs
- Analyze market trends and transaction data to guide decision-making
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in Revenue Management with strong results
- Leadership experience and team management skills
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or similar
- Advanced Excel skills (VBA/Power BI are a strong plus)
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Experience working with reporting/ERP systems
- Results-driven, adaptable, and highly organized
