At Kube Group, we have been dedicated for almost 20 years to the recruitment of professionals in technological environments, serving international clients across Europe and the United States.

As a Finance Admin, you will be part of the team that supports the administrative and financial operations of our subsidiaries in the US and Spain.

What will your tasks be?

Financial and HR Administration:

* Support and preparation of documents in the context of accounting closings
* Management of payroll variables (mainly subcontractors), including internal employee commission calculations and preparation of commission sheets
* Account reconciliation
* Consolidation and analysis of monthly invoicing (by country and subsidiaries)
* Development of dashboards and monitoring of financial indicators
* Management of all payments: salaries + consultants + suppliers + intercompany
* Monthly client invoicing: complete end-to-end process (collection / verification / sending of invoices)
* Support in the preparation of documentation for tax filings
* Client payment reminders (chasing unpaid invoices in English).

Sales Administration:

* Verification of contracts for consulting service delivery and clients
* Contact with purchasing departments and clients
* Responding to and completing all necessary documentation related to proposals
* Management of timesheets and consultant invoices
* This position involves collaboration with both internal and external teams (clients, accounting firms, employees, consultants, etc.)
* Support in the office management tasks.

Your profile:

* You have initial experience in an international company
* Fluent Spanish and fluent English
* You describe yourself as a person with excellent communication skills xqysrnh and strong attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
* Knowledge of QuickBooks and/or Sage
* Multitasking, autonomous, self-disciplined, and extremely organized
* You live in Barcelona and are authorized to work in Spain
