Our key client, a global giant in the sector, is transforming how it manages services on a worldwide scale. We are looking for an Business & Process Analyst to be the architect of operational efficiency across countries with diverse technological landscapes.
You will be the vital link between business processes and digital solutions, ensuring that every service technician and every warehouse in our international network operates with Swiss-watch precision.
The Mission: Efficiency, Harmonization & Global Support
You will join a high-impact team responsible for managing the lifecycle of service applications. Your challenge is twofold: maintaining the stability of current systems while designing and deploying the roadmap for process standardization across strategic international markets.
Your main responsibilities:
- Application Lifecycle Management (ALM): Lead the support, maintenance, and evolution of Service Execution applications for countries not currently utilizing SAP.
- Process Consultancy: Analyze and define After-Sales/Service business processes, translating operational needs into scalable technical requirements.
- Project Management: Coordinate the rollout of new functionalities and tools across international business units, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the key liaison between local subsidiaries, the central IT team in Germany, and external vendors.
- Quality & Training: Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), document processes, and ensure group quality standards are met in every implementation.
- Short-term Success: Within your first 6 months, you will have mapped the current "Non-SAP" application ecosystem and established direct communication channels with service leads in your assigned regions.

- Technical Mastery: Solid experience in managing enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, or Service Management tools) and a strong understanding of IT architectures.
- Operational Background: Deep knowledge of after-sales service processes, logistics, or field service execution.
- Analytical Mindset: The ability to deconstruct complex processes and propose improvements driven by data and efficiency.
- Global Mindset: Proven experience working in multicultural environments and managing projects across different time zones.
- Proactive Communication: Excellent English skills
