Role Overview:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our legal team and senior executives. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and updating schedules for partners and senior attorneys
Handling incoming communications: screening calls, emails, and visits to ensure proper routing
Organizing travel arrangements and coordinating logistics
Preparing and reconciling expense reports, liaising with Finance
Maintaining accurate and organized legal documentation and case files
Coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate legal processes
Assisting in the preparation of presentations and reports for client meetings and internal reviews
Monitoring contract compliance, including payment terms and legal clauses

Requirements
Relevant academic background (preferably in Administration, Law, or related fields)
At least 3 years of experience in administrative roles, ideally within a legal or corporate environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of SAP and Power BI is a plus
Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
