Key Responsibilities
* Recommendation Engines: Develop and refine hybrid models combining collaborative filtering and content based data to match buyers with off market listings.
* SQ Intelligence: Scale existing ML pipelines to identify investment potential and market trends across thousands of assets.
* Specialised Models: Work on Invest-Match and Geo-Match systems for real time property valuation and precise location detection.
* Advanced Integration: Support the integration of AI driven virtual tours and spatial computing for property visualisation.
Technical Requirements
* Deep expertise in Machine Learning and Recommendation Systems.
* Experience with collaborative filtering and hybrid recommendation architectures.
