Overview
We are seeking a senior executive to lead the global IT and information security risk and governance. This role is accountable for defining and embedding the enterprise-wide IT and security risk framework, ensuring strong governance, regulatory compliance, and resilience against evolving cyber threats. As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will provide clear oversight of risk exposure, drive informed decision-making, and safeguard critical business operations. Leading a global team, you will shape a strong risk culture and work in close partnership with Group Information Security, Market Units, and Risk and Audit functions to strengthen Bupa's security posture worldwide.

- Define and embed the enterprise-wide IT and security risk framework with strong governance and regulatory compliance.
- Provide oversight of risk exposure to senior leadership, drive informed decision-making, and safeguard critical business operations.
- Lead a global team and shape a strong risk culture; partner with Group Information Security, Market Units, and Risk and Audit to strengthen Bupa's security posture worldwide.
Qualifications
- Senior executive with a proven track record leading IT and information security risk in complex, integral organisations
- Minimum 5 years' experience in IT, information security risk management, cybersecurity or related fields, including significant leadership experience
- Deep expertise in IT and security risk frameworks, governance models, and regulatory standards
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working across Group functions, Market Units, Risk and Audit teams
- Proficient in risk management tools, security technologies and data-driven reporting
- Proactive, forward-thinking and resilient leader in fast-evolving risk environments
