British American Tobacco Iberia has an exciting opportunity for a Route To Market Executive in Canary Islands.
The Route to Market Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing effective distribution strategies to ensure the success of field force activities across key sales channels in the most efficient and effective way. The role will work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure that our RTM is optimized, cost-effective, and aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
* Channel Strategy Development: Contribute to designing and implementing effective strategies for each distribution channel (KA, retailers, etc.).
* Lead Route To Market Projects: Implement and optimize field force territories, provide cluster classification recommendations, and conduct post-implementation analysis while maintaining a smart resource allocation outlook.
* Trade Coverage Plan Development: Track, manage, recommend, analyze, and support field force coverage, call rate, and time per visit. Find opportunities in the current TCP, perform proper solutions, and ensure the proper workload level of the field force (saturation level for TCP perspective).
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure the successful implementation of activities (product launches, promotions, etc.) across distribution channels.
* Participate in field force strategy planning to increase efficiency across various distribution channels.
What are we looking for?
* Proven experience (3+ years) in route to market, trade marketing, or a related role within a multinational or FMCG environment.
* Proficiency in MS Office and experience with data analysis tools.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive results.
* Proactive problem-solving skills.
* Leadership skills and strategic vision.
