As our Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new B2B clients who need Android developers for short-term or long-term projects. Your role is to be the first point of contact for leads and a trusted advisor who can clearly present the value of Codertal’s Android staffing solutions.
* Generate and qualify leads in the Spanish and EU market
* Build strong relationships with CTOs, HRs, and engineering managers
* Present Codertal’s Android talent pool and staffing process
* Create proposals and negotiate contracts
* Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met.
* Proven sales experience in IT services or staff augmentation
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Fluent in Spanish and English
* Comfortable working remotely and independently
* Experience with outbound prospecting and using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
