In this role you lead the Global Medical Affairs strategy for Ebglyss, focusing on launch excellence and early lifecycle value. You will drive asset-level medical plans aligned with portfolio aims, working with Ru0026amp;D, Market Access, and Global RWE to ensure fast, high-impact execution. You’ll oversee evidence development, study design, publications, and medical messaging to support launch success and early adoption. You will also develop, coach, and empower a high-performing Global Medical Affairs team in a dynamic launch environment. This position sits at the intersection of strategy, science, and cross-functional execution to transform patient care in dermatology.

• Develop and execute the Global Medical Affairs plan for Ebglyss, aligning with Biologics portfolio strategy and VP guidance, with focus on launch and early post-launch phases
• Translate portfolio priorities into agile asset plans supporting differentiation and uptake
• Ensure medical activities comply with global governance while enabling fast, high-impact execution
• Execute asset-specific components of Integrated Evidence Generation Planning (IEGP) focused on early positioning and stakeholder decision making
• Contribute to innovative study design, publications and congress strategy aligned with portfolio-level evidence direction
• Drive high-quality scientific exchange with global and regional KOLs to support launch success
• Partner with Ru0026D, Market Access, Commercial, Regulatory and Global RWE to support launch readiness and value communication
• Provide timely asset-specific insights to the VP for portfolio-level decisions
• Enable affiliates with clear medical positioning, launch tools, and guidance within the global framework
• Support local medical teams to ensure strong launch execution and consistent scientific messaging
• Lead, coach and develop the Integral Medical Affairs Ebglyss team
Responsabilidades
• More than 10 years of experience in Medical Affairs in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industries
• Experience supporting global biologic launches and early lifecycle management
• Proven global or regional people leadership experience
• Strong expertise in Medical Affairs for biologics, preferably with launch experience
• Good understanding of dermatology and immunology
• Solid knowledge of scientific communication, publications and early lifecycle evidence generation
• Understanding of regulatory and market access considerations for innovative biologics
• Fluent in English
