They are currently establishing a integral technology hub located in Sant Cugat del Vallès.We are seeking a Medical Operations Analytics Specialist, whose main responsibility will be to access medical operations data from various sources and continuously build and improve dashboards in Power BI or Tableau to address key medical business questions and deliver actionable insights for decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesWork across multiple therapeutic areas, products, and medical processesCollaborate with medical leaders and process owners to identify critical questions such as cycle timesRespond to operational questions using system data and proactively analyze opportunities for improvementExamine systems and processes individually, without integrating data across platformsDownload process data from medical systems into ExcelManually clean data (remove duplicates, correct errors, adjust categorizations)Prepare for dashboard development in Power BI as part of a future project phaseRequirementsPrevious scientific or medical experience in roles involving MedInfo, medical publications, and medical processes, ideally within Medical Affairs teamsProven experience in data analysis and advanced Excel skillsHands-on experience with Tableau or Power BIFluent EnglishStrong critical thinking and analytical curiosityExcellent communication, coordination, and time management skillsBenefitsParticipation in international projectsYoung and dynamic work environmentFlexible working hours: Monday to Friday, 8/9 a.m. to 5/6 p.m.99% remote work, with one in-office day per monthOn-site buffet availablePermanent contract through Hays for a long-term project
