We are seeking a Junior Mulesoft Platform Support Engineer to assist in the daily operations, monitoring, and maintenance of the Mulesoft Anypoint Platform. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals eager to develop expertise in integration platform support within a dynamic IT environment. A high level of English is required.Key Responsibilities
Monitor platform health and performance using tools like Anypoint Monitoring.Assist in deploying and managing APIs and integrations on CloudHub and on-premise environments.Support incident response and troubleshooting under the guidance of senior team members.Perform routine maintenance tasks, including log analysis and system checks.Document operational procedures and support activities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform stability.Mandatory requirements
