As a Personal Assistant, you will have the exciting responsibility of handling our executives' daily and repetitive tasks, both in the workplace and personally. Your main goal will be to enable our leaders to focus on the company's strategic tasks, while you manage their schedules, communications, travel, and personal needs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordination and organization of the executives' schedules.
- Conducting research and technical tasks, including learning Python for script creation.
- Assistance in coordinating travel and caring for the executives' 4-year-old daughter during trips.
- Supported managing administrative and personal tasks, such as tax payments and hiring household services.
**Requirements and Skills**:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
- Tact and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Impeccable oral and written communication skills, with a very high level of English.
- Ability to learn and perform technical tasks.
- Having studied at the British School of Córdoba is desirable but not mandatory.
- Previous administrative experience is desirable but not mandatory.
