**What are we looking for?**
The **Marketing Coordinator** will assist in the planning, development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns for Blue and BMS. This role will work closely with the Head of Marketing, the full marketing team and other departments to ensure all marketing initiatives are aligned with business goals and objectives.
**Responsabilities**
Monitoring and executing marketing strategies:
- Assist in the creation of websites, landing pages, and their integration with CRM tools.
- Ensure optimal utilization of marketing budgets through relentless focus on ROI calculations.
- Conduct research on competitors, trends, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
- Manage marketing calendars, keeping track of deadlines, and ensuring proper documentation of campaigns and activities.
Content creation:
- Develop and implement branding strategies to increase brand recognition.
Social Media Management:
- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and tracking engagement.
- Assist in the development of social media strategies.
Events and On-ground Activations:
- Help organize events, webinars, trade shows, and conferences, and support marketing efforts before, during, and after events.
- Support on coordinating logistics for events and promotions (e.g., sending invites, preparing promotional materials, researching events).
**Requirements**:
- Studies in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related areas.
- English Fluency: C1 level (proficiency in reading, writing and speaking).
- Practical experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads media campaigns.
- Experience in lead generation through content strategies and paid marketing.
- Knowledge of SaaS platforms and website content management systems (Wordpress).
- Basic knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva or any design tool. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
