Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations of the restaurant, fostering a culture of exceptional service.
- Communicate with staff regarding their responsibilities and act as a role model for appropriate conduct.
- Drive sales through effective marketing strategies and outstanding customer service.
- Uphold and enforce sanitation and safety standards in the restaurant.
- Coordinate with the management to arrange training for new hires and overall staff development.
- Handle guest feedback gracefully, taking immediate action to rectify any complaints.
- Assist with restaurant administration tasks as required.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years equivalent work experience; previous leadership experience is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and comprehensive foundation in conflict resolution.
- Demonstrable expertise in customer service norms within the hospitality industry.
