At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for a Senior Scrum Master / IT Project Manager to lead a strategic B2C mobile application transformation project in Spain for an international IT company specialized in information systems for the rail and mobility industry
You will be responsible for the redesign and delivery of a direct distribution mobile application used by end customers in the transportation/travel sector .
This is a key, senior role combining Agile leadership and IT project management, with full ownership of delivery, budget, risks and stakeholder communication.
Main responsibilities:
As a Scrum Master :
* Implement and ensure best practices of Agile / Scrum
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective)
* Track Agile KPIs (velocity, burndown charts, sprint progress)
* Work closely with the Product Owner to maintain a clear and prioritized backlog
* Promote Agile culture and continuous improvement
* Configure and use Azure DevOps dashboards and boards
As an IT Project Manager :
* Coordinate technical and business stakeholders
* Translate business needs into functional and technical solutions
* Manage project planning, resources, and dependencies
* Own budget tracking, cost control and reporting
* Identify risks and define mitigation plans
* Prepare steering committees and executive reporting
* Define the go-live strategy and transition to run
Who are you?
* 5+ years of experience as Scrum Master and/or IT Project Manager
* Strong background in B2C digital environments (mobile apps, e-commerce, digital platforms)
* Solid mastery of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
* Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence and/or Azure DevOps
* English, Spanish, French: fluent
Nice to have:
* Scrum certification (PSM, CSM or equivalent)
* Experience in transportation, mobility, or travel industry
