Based in Mallorca, the company is looking for an Accounts & Administrative Officer to support the financial and their administrative operations.
This is a key role within the business, ideal for someone organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, who enjoys working across accounting and office management in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Finance
* Accounts payable & receivable, invoicing, client billing, purchase orders
* Bank reconciliations and invoice verification
* Payroll support
* Maintain financial records and assist with cash flow reporting
* Support monthly reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, KPIs)
* Assist with audits and compliance alongside external advisors
* Day-to-day office management and administrative workflows
* Internal and external correspondence
* Health & Safety documentation and employee leave coordination
* Document and data management (clients & suppliers)
* Support management with process improvement and reporting tools
Profile & Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or similar
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a xqysrnh similar role
* Strong bookkeeping and accounting knowledge
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* Fluent English & Spanish (written and spoken)
* Experience in the nautical/marine sector is a plus
