We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager & Business Analyst to lead complex finance and accounting digital transformation initiatives. This role is responsible for driving SAP S/4HANA projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and alignment with strategic objectives. Accountabilities
Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA finance and accounting transformation projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
Conduct business and functional analysis to identify process improvements, system requirements, and value creation opportunities.
Manage stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Allocate and oversee resources effectively to achieve project objectives.
Monitor project budgets, manage risks, and ensure quality assurance across all deliverables.
Maintain comprehensive documentation, reporting, and metrics for ongoing projects.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and ensure realization of business value from project initiatives.
Requirements
Proven experience managing multiple SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, preferably in finance and accounting domains.
Strong understanding of financial processes, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership, drive projects to completion, and make data‐driven decisions.
